Most of the pregnancy specialist doctors agree that the exercise is the best thing you can do for your body during this time of your life. A good exercise in moderation is the key that does not suffer from pain or muscle spasms when your belly starts to grow and the weight of your little boy sits on your lap. Running or jogging is one of those exercises since then give you some recommendations to do so during the third quarter.
During the first quarters remember to be very careful when running, always listening to your body and if you say you are too tired to go running or do another five minutes of the routine, then do not do it.
