Recommendations and positions after a cesarean delivery
The cesarean delivery requires the same care as normal operation, given that can appear complications in the postoperative period, if there are present some recommendations. In the case of a fever, especially if there is an increase of vaginal discharge, unpleasant odor or it is essential you to attend medical duty.
Usually most of the post-cesarean febrile episodes are due to an increase in temperature caused by the same breast, but if the temperature exceeds 38 degrees for more than two days, there may be presence of infection and should make sure to treat it quickly.
As for the positions you take is always judicious, and avoid positions that force you to make efforts with the abdomen, avoid climbing stairs, you don’t place domestic activities, such as moving floors, clean, wash dishes etc. Read the rest of this entry »
