While most children usually accept fruit as they possess a sweet taste, is a habit of consumption that we should incorporate them very young, for its nutritional values, which is much healthier than candy.
As a major step we must always teach by example as they copied us all, therefore if we want that they consume fruits must consume us also in our diet.
It is necessary that we take with us shopping, and let them choose their favorite fruits, visit the vegetable shop with them and will help them to learn and know the names, colors and flavors of different fruits. Read the rest of this entry »
