Enuresis in children
The sphincter control is a required behavior and social value, so the failure to reach all may result in negative consequences for the child’s personality and family structure.
Besides involving cultural sanctions and social refusal, the enuresis is thus a source of chronic stress and care deeply for the child and their parents. Importantly, if the parents do not understand that the child has a problem and punish, as in many cases, these behaviors will only distress over the child, create you a growing guilt and worthlessness.
Also, some families after a treatment fails may choose to ignore the problem hoping his solution is spontaneous. But this happens in very few cases and there is a risk that the child is ridiculed by his peers and be restricted socially, because you cannot go to sleep to a friend or a picnic for a long time.
