Diversifying baby food?
Dietary diversification starts gradually from the 4th month of the baby. It is to initiate and to know that there are other baby foods as milk. Initially, food diversification should be progressive. The goal at this stage is to introduce your little bundle of joy with new flavors. For that, a few tablespoons of vegetable or fruit in the bottle is plenty. Then you can gradually increase the amount of novel foods, in addition to the bottle or breast milk.
In practice, dietary diversification, parents should have the right things so that baby can easily discover new foods that are offered. The baby has to eat half an hour before breastfeeding.
