The last thing to consider is whether or not the mum already knows the gender of the baby. If the baby is a girl then you would obviously want to be a little more feminine in your décor, and the same is said of being masculine with a baby boy. If the gender is not know, which is highly unusually in today’s world, then go with something very neutral.
