A lot of young children, especially those babies have periods when your breasts prefer one another to eat. And seeing it is very easy because you can tell just disgust, tries to get away and to avoid sucking the other breast which is what you do not like. If your baby does not feed on one breast but the best option you have is to take out the milk of another regularly and give a bottle so they can feed breast milk exclusively.
A newborn baby may refuse to eat one of your breasts because it can be bigger, or because the nipple is different from the other or just because you feel more comfortable being on that side. When your baby gets bigger, you may prefer one breast over the other because one has more milk flows easily and is compared to the other. If you are the mother of twins and are still at the stage of lactation, you must be very aware of your diet, as opposed to feeding a single baby, the effort that is double the demand for milk is higher. Changing is means to choose every day between dairy products, cereals, fish, meat, eggs, fruit, nuts and vegetables.
