A recent study may help to completely eliminate the current epidemic of obesity, which also affects children and adolescents worldwide. It is estimated that 70% of obese young adults who grow up to be burdened with this disease and the risks to their health.
In the case of adolescent obesity in the short term increases the risk of problems in the spine and feet, respiratory diseases, such as sleep apnea, stretch marks and hanging skin, as well as psychological disorders and difficulties in relating to their pairs. A long-term obesity may produce multiple complications such as cardiovascular problems and the development of type 2 diabetes.
