Your work of labor will always come as a surprise to your life, because it is not possible to know with certainty the day and less the moment will happen. A few days before you can feel some changes in your body that may indicate that that day is approaching, so please be very attentive to the signals and thus do not come with much surprise.
You feel your baby loses: If you’re in your first pregnancy you can feel what they call an expert mothers feeling light, a few weeks before your labor occurs. When that happens you can feel heaviness in your pelvis and part of a release of pressure just below your ribs, that making it much easier to breathe.
In the weeks and days before you have your labor, the contractions Braxton Hicks that occur are doing the work to soften, become thinner and opening your cervix a bit. Before labor begins, chances are you have the slightly open cervix, usually a centimeter or two, which does not mean you’re close to delivery.
