One must maintain the children since small to carry a healthy diet so that in the adolescence is not a boy with excess. Longer dreams, more games, less TV, less consoles and avoid pastries and saturated fats. That’s the magic formula to correct a child’s life.

But when we are at the stage of the baby, there are very few parents concerned with childhood obesity. We really do not think about it. Obese children and physical activity

In the children it is very important to the movement and activity, especially to prevent diseases such as obesity that brings with it other diseases as a result.

Beyond proper nutrition and consultation with a nutritionist, to provide a real food education, we need to see the skills of our children, to practice sports or physical exercise.

If we notice that in the summer the children like to be in the water, it’s great we place a covered swimming pool where they can practice water sports all year round. It is imperative that we look for activities that are to their liking them not abandon, and little by little to promote family activities to make feel accompanied, like riding a bike, walking or jogging around the plaza.
