If you are the mother of twins and are still at the stage of lactation, you must be very aware of your diet, as opposed to feeding a single baby, the effort that is double the demand for milk is higher. In itself, the process of breastfeeding is the same, but the mothers of twins should follow certain tips that will make them easier and they can not adjust quickly to the new routine.

Because your nipples are more likely to suffer as many cracks and irritation, it is recommended that you start breastfeeding gradually. The first day of lactation should only breastfeed for 5 minutes on each baby and each one should breastfeed from different breast at each feeding.
